厨房台面是granite or quartz

在定出租房的厨房橱柜和台面。橱柜想定现在流行的浅灰色。台面相配浅色的。在granite and quartz之间决定不下。
granite 抗造。可是需要seal. 尤其浅色台面，如果不seal, 过几年会看起来糊糊的油腻腻的。
quartz 没装过。只是现在比较流行薄点的台面。好看。可是听说怕烫。万一租户把一锅刚烧好的汤直接放在台面上，是不是就留印子啦？
