夫妻俩，白人，四十多接近五十吧。女的拿社安残疾金加食品券，残疾金基本cover房租水电气等费用。男的没工作说正在找，貌似也不是很想找的样子。男的有酒驾前科所以没驾照，出门上班得老婆接送。

两人没孩子。女的有成年孩子在外州。没查信用历史，反正没信用卡，不知道银行账号。租金说可以付现金或者网上转账付。
