柠檬在不在？

请教一个退休 acct contribution 问题。

403B 2021 max contribution $19,500. 因为换工作， (Employer 政策) vacation buyout $17,000 全进 403B。  2021 的 limits  等于超 出 1万多，即便剩余的几个月不扣除正常的 contribution amt.

超出的怎么算？ 违IRS 规， 还是可以 deferred 到2022？   谢谢
