A,B 房, 如何算？

基本同一 community， floor plan， 外观都 差不多。

A: 2005, $240K, 3 bed, 2 bath, est monthly cost: $1093

B: 2003, $260K, 4 bed, 2 bath（2021 roof, granite counters），  est monthly cost: $1233。

过5, 6年 A 的 roof 应该也要换 （$10K）,  如果（当然完全不需要）也换 granite tops 的话会花 $4,5K。

B房多花 $20K X  20% = $4K downpay 不计的话， B 的 rent 如果 比A 多  $140 是不是 就差不多扯平？
