这样的房客能租吗？

2口子+3娃；男在一公司，工资大概2.5 倍房租，女自己开个bakery.  疫情期间半开，准备月底全开，大概能有3倍房租。 他们的credit 只有525-590，还有collections, 最大的一笔超过1.3W 刀，应该是现住的公寓的。大家给点意见，是不是直接拒了。谢了
