you have about 5 bolts to remove and a couple of electric connections. Just take one out and put one in.
If the inducer motor is not working properly (I just replaced one two weeks ago) it does not generate enough vacuum for the flame to start up.
Yours seems to be a 80 efficienty, so the replacement part is rather cheap. Just go to a local HVAC supply store with the model number.
