我没买成因为房价太好没人竞争，怕了，撤了

她儿子看中一个房子60几万，她也去看了，挺好的，他们就给了50几万试试，没想到啊没想到，卖家立刻接受，他们接受不了了，为什么？有没有毛病？怕了，撤了
