新房客搬进去两天，告诉我她搬家的真相，原来

原来他们在此前住的房子里面有含铅，她1.5岁的孩子，血液中铅中毒。现在health department 给我打电话left me a msg，要问我一些问题确保这个房子不含铅。我的公寓确实也是老房子，但是都是装修过了，所以应该是没有铅。但是保不准，有些窗台下边犄角旮旯一样的地方有一点铅，或者楼里洗衣房测到铅。 如果要是health department測到铅，那怎么办呢？

1.他break lease 搬出去，

2. 强迫我修，

3. health department出钱去修。
