HVAC 换成窗式AC行吗？

我有一个小的出租房，两房一厅很烂的才950块租金/月。空调坏了要换要5500块钱。我想租金这么低，我是否可以就给他安装窗式空调好了，不想花5500块钱去换一个新的，大家觉得这个想法行吗？在线等，谢谢！
