厨房sink下面漏水怎么办？

厨房sink下面很久以前就少少漏水，但找不到原因，最近漏得大了，找home warranty，plumber来了后说是air gap没有Clauk.air 

gap应该是有问题，但租客说是水龙头leak，在半夜leak了几次，好多水掉下来。但plumber来的时候水龙头没有leak，他们发了这个video，但我不懂，请哪位大拿帮我看看，谢谢
