没忍住bid赢了这个破房子

买这个房子是为了情怀。刚来美国的时候我就住在这附近。隔一个房子就是大学的学生公寓。

 

从照片就可以看出房子里面的东西是满的，堆到屋顶。后面的墙着过火。房子将近2000尺。7万多拿下的。里面堆满了东西，所以也不知道状况如何。

原来以为4万就能买下，多花了3万多。最初的Listing price 才22000

 

这回彻底没钱了。
