关于警察帮助驱逐的问题

看了一下guide line, 说是房东要带4个搬运工去搬东西, 而且city code规定东西不能放在户外，否则罚$500/天。地主们都是怎么解决的？租个搬家公司不成？ 还有，这个罚款是罚房东啊， 还是房客啊？否则难道我还要给她租个storage不成？租客是死猪不怕开水烫，铁了心要赖到最后一刻。烂人的心我永远不懂，让上帝去惩罚她们吧。
