eviction租客怀孕的问题，坐标maryland montgomery county

警察将于9/13上门驱赶，租客上个星期打电话来，说老婆怀孕了，10月份就要生了。此老婆很胖，没怀孕也像是怀孕的样子，而且此夫妻俩谎话张口就来，极有可能在骗我。现在情况是，不管有没有怀孕，如果9/13警察来驱赶的时候，他们告诉警察怀孕了，警察会停止驱赶吗？我们现在应该准备什么样的方案应对这种情况？

此租客已欠我们6000多，还不包括late fee. 真的很可恶。
