可是，条款完全不是这么回事。只有住满超过12个月后，才能用just cause 请租客走人。
而且，条款明确排除短期租房（Transient and tourist hotel occupancy），比如airBNB和hotel。
在原文中，我没有看到不合理的地方。我不理解，为什么有些人叫这为“恶法”。
