Bankruptcy 的申请人，怎么办？

我有和此类房屋破产者打交道的愉快历史，所以这次也不排斥。不同之处是：

1）此2大3小1小狗之家的房子正在auction.com上排卖。2周后close.这bankruptcy 属于unclosed case.

2)ctcredit给出空结果。有如下信息：

Frozen by customer as allowed by state law. To obtain access, you must obtain authorization from the consumer and provide the required identifier with your inquiry...

问了ctcredit ，答：需申请人给tranunion打电话unlock.
