租客要求换木地板， 答不答应？

住了一年半吧，说想换木地板， 说孩子有过敏， 这个当然是借口。 换了木地板，说可以再续一年。租金1400/月， 换地板2000吧， 租客不坏。 地毯不新， 但是也没有非要换不可。加租租客不答应。租金在现在市场属于中等偏上。
