Buy a Townhouse or SFH for this price, not a condo

Historically, condo appreciates the slowest. Plus, you need to pay condo fee which will greatly influence your cash flow.

You can buy a condo at much less than $100K. Do not buy the high end condos.

BTW, I am getting several people together trying to get deals from the builders or banks. If interested, QQH me.
