继续出租 or not

请教下各位大神，我因为工作调动，原来工作地方自己的房子只能出租出去，每个月扣去我还的mortgage 能挣400（当然没考虑维修、折旧其他方面） ，我现在纠结是继续把自己的房子出租下去呢  还是卖掉 ，毕竟也需要在新的地方考虑买房，两个地方开车要6个小时。因为没有任何投资经验，所以想和大家请教下，谢谢各位！
