急死了：市场上突然有一个非常想买的房子

靠近大马路，现在是resident, 右边是commerial (retail), 左边是office.

0.5 acres. 2000多尺，listing 价格比其他的resident房子便宜10%。

可惜现在没钱，差了3万。怎么办？ 先下offer 然后再想办法弄钱？
