我刚买了一个房子，原本打算把现在自住的房子租出去，把新买的房子当作自住房，但现在又不想搬了，还想住在原来的房子里，把刚买的房子出租，请问我需要到county把刚买的房子从自住房改为投资房吗？先谢谢了。
