California lost millions of People since 2008 裁员

it is officially record in US Gov city data.  Top 2 losing city/areas are 湾区 and Chicago.

In year 2001- 2003裁员 seaons, Silicon Valley loose thousands of thousands employees in mid 30 - 40 years old, the highway traffic is LESS due to less people on road!
