Multifamily里有套房，买的时候就觉得有煤气味，卖主说找PSE&G 查过了没漏煤气。后来几个租户总抱怨有煤气味, 也请人查过说没查到漏， stove周边的被怀疑的管子也换过了，handyman怀疑是下水道的methane 气把闲置的洗衣机hook up 下水道也封住了，可还是或隐或现的有点煤气味，已经好几年了，大家有什么办法彻底解决这个haunted issue吗？叩谢
