1: year 1987, one story, needs changing AC and some minor work. 1350 ft,( rent 1650 $. price 314,500$
2: year 2001, very good condtion gated community, HOA 150$, 1400 ft (rent 1800 $) price 330,000 $
Both are in good locations, and not good deals cash flow wise, but want to buy something to park money
Any ideas?
