most people order camera body only. these 2 lenses, one of them come with it, the other one as a free gift. in other store, only one lens same price.

you are right, both lenses are not good, even canon 30D come with 18-55mm in store(still need to order lenses seperatly), i need to purchase lenses seperately later on.
