income level. premium product not necessary the best quality products, rarity also plays a role. French family wine houses surely have limited supply and wine can be stored and appreciate value for very long time.

I did hear French guys said they make wine all natural and other countries (esp, USA) use chemicals. not sure if its true or not :-)
