I had a scary night...

I was woke up heard some weird noise, somebody crying right outside my bedroom window, scared the hell out of me, I thought two babies were crying then thought of the killer lure women out to kill them using baby cry... then I thought maybe two mentally illed adults...thought about calling 911... Anyway, woke up and wide awake until this morning...

This morning saw 2 cats there, so must be them? Still not sure.

So what should I do, should I call animal control? anybody had similar experience? I tried call animal shelter, they have this stupid atomatic answer machine...drive me nuts
