请教姐妹们，为什么指甲会分层？

两个月前开始的，双手各有几个手指甲分层。应该不是缺钙，我每天一杯牛奶，两个钙片。做所有的家务都戴手套。虽然我手部皮肤比较干燥，但以前也没有出现过分层。我不是经常用指甲油，偶尔用用的，用的也是OPI这样不算太烂的牌子。不明白为什么会分层，有没有姐妹知道的？
