Though your team is pass first team & it is only week 3 into the season, your team hasn't established any consistent running game.  Felix Jones is a decent runner back so I would place the blame on the O-Line.  (54.5 yards per game/a 2.3 ypr average) is not gonna cut it. 

Randy Moss is a quitter.  He is interested in joining the "winning teams" only anyway.  I am fine with the current WR corps.  Yes, my team is looking for a good slot receiver.  Too many X WR, less Z WR in my team.  I hope that the team can try Mario Manningham in the slot if you know him.   

My team (offensively) needs a good TE more but your team keeps all 3 good TE's.  I was hoping that your team will release/cut at least one of them :)
