请教专家 高手，这种水龙头 轻微漏水， 如何换阀芯 cartridge ? 先谢

左右看了看，没有发现，可以打开的地方，没有可以用，Allen wrench的小孔，
是否需用 strap wrench ? 包住 handle， 旋转 ？
或者必需从sink 底部完全拆下， 修好在装回？这个实在麻烦。
