儿子和女儿的诗：感恩

Thankful ---- By My Son (5th grader)

I'm thankful for you and me
I'm thankful for the land and the sea
The sun and the moon are up above
The world is filled with hate and love
We might get very mad
But we are happy instead of sad!


Thankful ---- By My Daughter (4th grader)

I am thankful for the yummy food I eat.
I am thankful for the warm heat.
I am thankful for the wonderful sky,
though I wish I could fly.
I am thankful for my family,
I am even thankful for a tree.
Every day I am thankful.
For you and me.
