我给小孩们申请过WIC, Medicaid, 还有我自己的temporary medicaid for pregnancy.
-The assistance you got just was temporary/short term non-cash assistance, and such assistance does not belong to Public charge (it is humane assistance). So, you don't need to report it for your green card application, and of course don't need to explain anything about it. So, just say "No" to the relevant question on the Form I-485.

 1.我在写解释性信的时候需要提这些都不属于public charge 吗？

2. 我就实事求是说申请这些是因为我们符合，因为我们属于低收入家庭。我不知道这样行不行？应该写什么内容？

3. 这些证据都没有保留 （485 form，evidence of public assistance）。我现在在打电话要求verification letter for these benefits. 有些部门说会尽快寄出来，但不知道多久。我不知道我有没有必要等这些证据?我们的排期是5月份就可以提交了。
