people go to see a doctor didn't even consider the overall social cost.

Consequently, over diganosis, and new tech is the main part of the medical bill. The hopsice care and severe disease treatment is another big part of the bill.

These are main reason should be addressed by the medicare revolution . Obama care willnot able to address them, instead, it will make it worse.

Question is, who pay the bill?
