有个语调问题，一直想问

第二课里

17 What do you think of your new boss?

26 what kind of job do you want to get?

30 Also, what is the company policy on talking leave for a vacation?

这三个特殊疑问句最后都是降调，但是前两个中间都生了一下调（raise pitch在think 和job处），但是最后一个就是平的，问什么呢？是因为前2个句子后都有要stress的地方，所以生上去以突出那些stressed的词吗？
