I also watched Kungfu performance by Hung Gar

followers, a class, where I visited and saw eighteen ancient Chinese weapons, purchased by Rick, who

echoed my comment on my Kungfu is "playing around", which I stopped almost entirely in the USA. A young American practitioner impressed us by his near torturing action at another location, for he hurt himself purposely on the cement ground. Can I do that?
