Please help on uploading .mp3 audio file

Hello everyone

I am trying to upload a .mp3 format audio, I used following steps:

加新贴－> 插入/编辑影片 -> 把音频文件地址copy到“媒体位置”一栏 －> “类型”选择：Quictime -> 点击“插入”

Above steps did not work for me. At the 把音频文件地址copy到“媒体位置”一栏  step, I inputed "C:\mp3 file name", but it can not find the file. So my question is: it seems can not find files in C drive, here it seems need to have to input a URL? such as http://...

Please anyone here can help?
