An English grammar question

Could you tell me, why "who has been credited with inventing the World Wide Web," was grammatically incorrect in the following sentence?

Here is the full sentence:

Tim Berners Lee, who has been credited with inventing the World Wide Web, was born In England and worked in the 1990s at a research institute called CERN in Switzland.
