To protect means that, I worried about that if my book published before someone stole my idea. IN FACT, my idea is earlier than someone who wrote a serial book about English word learningpublished by Foreign Language Publishing House. I proposed to four publishing houses, three of them rejected, but also copied my proposal.that idea might leaked. I also mentioned that "Chinese has the same root with all other world languages", I heard from my friend, Prof. Wang that a man published a book in this idea later. He asked me if it was from my thought for I mentioned that a man stole my manuscript in the US, more than year's labor is lost because I wrote on paper instead of in PC. I have no idea where my paper goes and anyone used it, but even I wrote in this topic
The reason that I worry is not totally unreasonable. Mr. Ma, the director at the PLA pub. house told me that, even at proofreading, one's book could be stolen, so it is best to do it one self.
