How to save a audio file recorded by free Hi-Q recorder?

Does anybody know how to save a audio file using Hi-Q recorder? I downloaded it free. I could not find the save button. Do I have to pay to upgrade the software to be able to save a recorded file? Or is there any other free software available for purpose of recording audio?
