我只会第一步，把［流行美语］下载到计算机里，方法如下：

1. Right click the media player;
2. Click Properties:
3. Cope: http://www.freexinwen.com/chinese/soundpa/pa335.asx
4. Paste it to your PC address bar:
5. Media player will pop up, click File, locate Save as, save your audio file to Desktop or any folders you prefer.

第二步，下载到ipod里，我不会，每次都是我的孩子帮我的。
