Analysis:
要让每个unmarried Prenlandic men 有个老婆，办法是
1）unmarried Prenlandic men 娶 non Prenlandic women
2) unmarried Prenlandic men 娶 40岁以上的 Prenlandic women
3）unmarried Prenlandic men 娶 30岁以下的 Prenlandic women

Choice 1， 已经在unless 那儿state 了，
而，Choices 2 or 3 还没有用过，所以，choice 2 也即 option3 最合适。
