Recent polls suggest the incumbent President of the U.S. fit the description in the above example.
But who cares? I am more alert to engineers here in the valley being given PIPs
or Performance Improvement Plans. I personally went through such plans twice.
They were no joke. For the employer, PIP'ed folks are basically dead man walking
and the Chinese, famous for their tunnel visions, could literally end up with
suicide! It had happened, many times!
