"Stay classy"
Meanings:
1. A popular phrase used to encourage maintaining a high standard of behavior, elegance, and respectability, to act with respect and dignity in all situations.
2. In fashion: timeless, elegant style rather than following trends
3. Also associated with a popular non-alcoholic IPA from Bellwoods Brewery.
4. A tongue-in-cheek ironic remark given to a person or group who says or does something overly offensive or classless. Sarcastic response to an action or remark perceived as trashy.
Origin:
- 2004 film "Anchorman" from Will Ferrell's sign-off: "Stay classy, San Diego". In the film, he meant it literally.

It went too far, not only insulting but also totally tasteless, not fit for a government agency, IMHO.
