Why is the Russia seeking an alliance with China and India?

Why is the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin seeking an alliance with China, India, and Iran of ancient cultures?

Warsaw Pack has been dismissed since 1992. China and India have a non-alliance policy. So Putin cannot seek an alliance with China and India. Russia, China, India, and Iran are not alliances created by Putin, nor is there anything to do with ancient cultures. They cooperate with each other in a normal international relationship. Just because the US hates other countries cooperating with each other doesn't mean they are an alliance. They all want to cooperate with the US too. The problem is that the US cannot cooperate with other countries. The US always abuses its power for its interests at the expense of other countries.
