It is interview season again for residency interviews. Ａs I have been spending a lot of my spare time in MYSJ, I boosted my confidence so much that I have the chance to interview the resident candidates.
How to be outstanding and excel among so many resident candidates? Besides scores, appearance, communication skills, excellent English is always important. Not only in the medical field, I believe in every field, strong communication skills will be very helpful for a career developement.
