最近压力很大，看到jianchi写的：“手握别人生死的时候，责任就是负担。如果很有责任感就会有很大负担。要自己找平衡，人不是神，医生不可能事事完美。”

说得真好。

学会减压。大家怎么减压？

我试着把jianchi写的这句话翻译成英文。也希望大家试试看。

When you are in charge of somebody's life or death , your responsibility is your burden, too.

The more responsible you are, the more burdens you have.

You need to keep a good balance between them.
It is impossible for a doctor to be perfect on everything as a human being is not God.
