72. Vision First
In a small business center near where we live, there is an optometry clinic named "Vision First Optometric Center". Clever name, I thought to myself the first time I saw its sign, but not much more than that. Recently, however, the phrase "vision first" gained more significance in my mind. I realized that the same quality work in different fields would yield drastically different impact, depending on the state of the field, the needs of the society, etc. Therefore, it is no exaggeration to say that vision, or the big picture, should take the first place when one is deciding what to take on.
