Water Pollution in China

I know that a dyeing plant in Northeast China delivers continuously polluting water to the local creeks, and making the creeks black and stink.

I was wondering how they could get around the environmental protection agencies.

According to a worker there, however, when an EPA van approaches the plant, the securities at the entrance will call inside and the machines start to discharge pure water, so that all the samples collected are not the normal polluting discharges, so it is easy to pass the tests.

Local officials only concern about getting rich.
