削钢如泥，辣手摧花

我的老马，昨天开始换后平衡杆连接头。前几天换前边时已经知道有拆不下来的可能，准备了电锯。果然后面锈蚀比前面更重，四个接点全拧不开，也拧不断。准备好的电锯用上，螺母到是锯进去了，可到了螺杆就锯不动了。折腾好久没进展，发现锯齿快磨平了。这接头的钢材也真够硬！

现上网学习金属切割知识，转身到HD买回这个，叫diablo steel demon，咬钢妖怪。

瑞士制造。蓝色是磨平的廉价锯条。

 

果然不是吹牛，妖怪咬钢如泥。位置摆好一分钟左右锯断一个，不过合适的位置很不容易找。这样的姿势做过吗？别忘了护目镜，N95工业口罩防锈尘。

 

还锯掉了一点不该锯的。还好没搞坏刹车管和后驱轴的胶套。多连杆后悬挂到处都是障碍。

如果不是严重锈蚀，估计五分钟可以换一个。这样的老车，昨天搞了四五小时换了一个，今早半小时换了另一个。修车小工不容易啊！
