Who says it's evil? I said it's a pity.

It's also a pity that so many trees were cut to build houses as well, even though we do need houses to live in. That's why I am all for planned community. and I do think we in North America are over-doing it to live in 3000, even 4000 sq.ft mansions (with a family of 3?). :-) Oops, I am running.

Again, it's just an opinion. You can have yours.
