请问怎么彻底消灭蟑螂？

曾经在公寓住了一段十时间，有很多蟑螂。半年前搬进新家， 不久发现蟑螂。用过杀蟑螂的药 (from Wal-mart)，但成效不大。请问有什么更好的方法？谢谢！
